Taken from Bruce's book Rock and Roll I gave you the years of my life... "In the spring of 1958 when I took my first tentative steps in the music business as a wide-eyed naive youngster, I expected my career to last for two or maybe three years, certainly no more.  I was out for a good time and music was just part of enjoying  myself.  Thirty years later - I am still playing.... ShadowmaniaWith the demise of The Shadows in 1990 and Hank Marvin embarking on a very successful solo career and Brian Bennett forging a successful career as a composer; Bruce's annual Shadowmania event at Lakeside in Surrey, UK  plays an important part in keeping the sound of The Shadows alive.   Fans from around the world come together to listen to Shadows music & meet up with likeminded fans.  It is a fabulous two day Convention and one not to  be missed!
